newtonslawlor Hello, I am sorry you are disappointed with the hat. The scuffs were not visible to me (but I have 54 yr old eyes)... I can see them now if I enlarge the cover photo. Not sure is PM will refund if they were visible in the picture... but I would think of “Excellent” as no real flaws either. I know this was for a birthday present, but if you open a case to return, I will agree. I would sincerely rather have a return than you be unhappy 💕
