Hello this is @estefani681. I sent your beautiful thumb piano out 3 days ago. I believe they failed to scan it. USPS has done this before and usually I’ve seen the tracking pop up on the same day of delivery. So I’m hoping it gets to you by today or tomorrow. I just wanted to keep you posted and thank you.

Hi, I just sold you the black torrid jacket, but the front zipper is broke. I assumed everything worked because it is such a beautiful jacket. Anyway, I plan on canceling the order.
