@paulasc65 Yes that is what they are assuming. If you think they made an error in judgment, I would definitely reach out to them and ask them about it. Their customer service team is very nice and helpful. Just explain the situation and ask them why they made that decision. Maybe it is an error or something that system auto generated. Hope that helps. 😊

@paulasc65 Hey when someone puts one of your listings in a Bundle, it gives you the opportunity to make an offer on it to entice them to buy it. It means they are interested in the item. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. If you put one of my listings in a bundle I will show you what I mean. Just pick one and then when I send you offer just decline it

@paulasc65 GIRL!!! I don’t know what the heck happened! I was sick for about a week (in bed) so I didn’t really notice or think about it until today! I’m going out of town for wedding & was gonna pack the Michael Kors dress! Thank you& I will follow up with PM support...we have had some theft of packages in our neighborhood. Anyway, thanks for getting back to me so quickly& happy Poshing! I’m sure this box will turn up somewhere soon! 😍

Hi Paula , I am a posher who also have a tutilo backpack for sale and I went to the post office for a box that qualifies for priority and they don’t have this sizes. Could you share with me what type of box you use for the backpacks and big bags? Thanks in advance.

@nildin7 hello!! I am sorry for the late reply! I use all kinds of boxes, all shapes & sizes. I have all my co workers bring me boxes from home. I have never had any issues with the post office rejecting d/t the size/shape of the box. I do order the free large mailing boxes from the post office too. I hope this helps you?!?!
