atouchofsam22 @mspaulakw Hi there!! Do you share your own items? Share each item that you have listed every day... when you do that, your items will show up higher in people's searches. That will help. Not so much about pricing. In fact, if you have your prices set a bit higher, then when someone "likes" an item you can offer them a sale and they'll be excited to get it at a discount! Be patient, it takes time. Follow all the people you can too.

lgbrackett Hi Paula, i just received a note from the USPS that $39.74 is due for the package-dog carrier. I sent Posh a message with pic of notice. Im not sure how to handle that? $39.74 is a lot for me to pay.

lgbrackett Good morning! I heard back from Posh and they gave a couple options: reject the package and you would need to repackage with a new label; they gave a letter (that I can’t open) which should cover the expense should the seller use a Priority Flat Rate or Priority Regional box (?), I guess after repackage?? Or, They would reimburse me in Posh credit if I paid it. Problem is I don’t really want the Posh credit, but I’m sure I would eventually use it I guess.

mspaulakw @lgbrackett Hi, sorry bout delay in answering but I was taking care of mom and getting her set up,,,,,that’s great they’d credit you if you decide to do that,,,, I’m not sure how I’d Redbox it as it’s such an expensive bag and if I were to bend it, it could break the support pad on bottom and I wouldn’t wanna damage it,,,, maybe a flatter box would work but I’m not sure,,,, what do you think?

mspaulakw @lgbrackett arrived damaged so they’d cover it thru the insurance I got for it,,, do you know how that works? I was gonna go to post office now that I got mom washed dressed and fed,,, I’ll try my best,,, I’m still so upset bout this whole thing and that they didn’t say a word when I dropped it off,,,, what do you think? What else can I do to make it work

I sent an email to Posh asking about the letter that I couldn’t open and does that apply now or if it has to be used after repackage? I guess it would help if I could read the letter. lgbrackett @mspaulakw we must be typing at the same time LOL that our comments are crossing. 😂 I definitely believe my PO people would have told me the extra costs for receiver if I was at the counter. Especially bc of the amount! I am sorry to complicate things. I’m thinking about what they said... maybe those boxes they mentioned may be larger but Posh said that letter would cover extra costs?

mspaulakw @lgbrackett ok thanks,,,, please keep me posted and I have faith, we’ll make this work,,,, post office said it wasn’t the weight as much as size of box so any large box I guess would be the same thing but I’m really not sure,,,,not to be repetitive but if po would hv said something at drop off, I would’ve just contacted posh to have it shipped with ups cause there wouldn’t be an extra charge for box size,,,,but they didn’t say a word

mspaulakw @lgbrackett also post office said it definitely was insured so if we put in a claim it came damaged, it could be covered too,,,,, hopefully posh has a good solution & u said they offered you a credit,,,, can’t they just give u the credit as a payment? That would make it all so much easier,,,, I just really appreciate your figuring this out with me,,know your as upset as I am,,,,

lgbrackett @mspaulakw just got response from Posh and there is no letter. 📃 “The letter” they were referring is the note left by PO. 📬 The Posh says either refuse and have you repackage in an appropriate box or me pay and end up with Posh credit. Do you think that flat box would work without bending?? 🛠🛠 🙏🙏🙏 I know my mail carrier told me it was the size and distance that caused the expense. 📦📦

mspaulakw @lgbrackett was just talking to my daughter and she said a similar thing happened to her,,, she didn’t want posh credit either so they refunded the amount to her instead of the credit,,,, please see if they’ll do that for you,,,they should as they did it for her,,,, that would fix everything without hvg to ship back and forth,,,, let me know if you have any luck 💕🙏🏻😊. lgbrackett @mspaulakw ok so I just sent a message to posh asking for a refund instead of credit. I’m thinking when you have money earned ( aka credit), you can ask for the funds instead of spending them. I would think that is the same?? I think you are able to see my comments to them. Look under case pending ( your sales). Fingers still crossed!! Hope your mom is ok
