Hello Paula- I am sorry that you are not Happy with Cole Hann purse I sold to you for $20. When I purchased it new for $125. it was Tagged as Pink and it is Pink.. I never stated it was Hot Pink and I don't have any control on what shades of Pink the Poshmark shows for the color codes on the web sit. The photos I took showed the actual color. If you are not happy ill be happy to take it back and issue you a refund of $16.00 since Poshmark takes 20%.. ..

I understand the tag states that it’s pink, etc. I also appreciate you offering the option to return it. I will accept your offer of $16 as noted. Let me know how to proceed.
