Hello Paula! I am usually a fast shipper but I had to leave to go out of town and I totally spaced with having to pack and such for a week. Paula, sorry that you found the purse to not be the size that you were looking for. Your 3 star rating, I feel, is unfair. If you were concerned about the size, you should have asked for measurements. I did provide a picture with my daughter holding it. The purse is clean as I described, yes? It was packaged well, yes? I believe you should change your rating from three stars, as it is not a fair rating. The item was as described.

The rating should be based on the fact that the item is what I accurately described in my listing and that you received it packaged well and in a timely fashion. Not that you ‘thought it would be bigger’ or ‘my bad’.
