Hey I want to let you know that I mailed a cute little tiny popsicle chapstick/lipgloss with your order. Someone received their order and unfortunately it melted from sitting in the sun all day in the duffel. I did not consider the possibility of this occurring.

Please follow tracking so when the package arrives you or someone else can bring it inside immediately. I sincerely apologize. From what I’ve seen online you should be able the wipe it clean with rubbing alcohol if it dies melt, but do not rub, just wipe!! Please forgive me for my negligence. I was just trying to have the happiest clientele and the best reviews.
