There currently is a battle between the HOA and the seller as to who has to fix a spot on the roof and mitigate the mold in the attic as a result of the roof. They keep extending everything. Now the deadline to figure that all out is Wednesday and then closing would be Friday. You are so incredible to remember and ask.❤️🫶🏼🫶🏼❤️

brendasbubbles Hi Paula, Yes, I joined Esposito, Mayer, Hogan& Associates at Howard county hospital & the whole practice was bought out by hopkins. I practiced OB/gyn in Easton& Columbia MD for about 15 years before we moved back to the Midwest for my husband's job. [ trying not to blow up Mark's show with ob comments 🤣

brendasbubbles Dr Nagy from MFM Baltimore used to come round once a month in Easton to help us with our High risk OB patients, until he died tragically running in a charity event. He was a wonderful man& mentor.

brendasbubbles @paulamoore387 pretty sure I met Digna when there were back to back sentinal events at howard co due to expansion of High risk ( they hired 2 mfm's ) without expansion of the blood bank. They ended up instituting a " OB code team at Howard co as a result
