I am very sorry you were unhappy with your purchase. I wish you would have just returned it or asked for specific measurements across the chest-pit to pit. The literal size was listed we had no way of knowing your measurements. It is unfortunate that chose to penalize the seller on something that had nothing to do with us. It was something that was completely outside of our control. Hopefully you have better luck with future purchases and consider being my more fair in your feedback.
