You bought the TB red patent sandals from me. If you buy an item on Poshmark and have a problem, you have 72 hours to report it and you can return. You didn't do so, so your option to return is no longer available. That said, I purchased the shoes in the 7.5 box & the shoes are labeled 7.5. Really not my responsibility if they don't fit.

Hello.. Thanks so much for your purchase of Tory burch ella tote. I dropped off the package at the post office yesterday. However i was not able to see the tracking for it. I went back to the post office again today, they told they have scanned the package but there is some issue with their scanner and its not showing up online. They told me it is making its way towards destination but all their packages are delayers. Just want wanted to inform you.

Hi i just received cancellation notification regarding Ella tote. I have shipped on December 15,2020. I am in contact with both poshmark and usps. Usps told me that receiver will be definitely receiving the package but in 3 weeks. So i am waiting for that. I don’t know the next step.
