ladyjayne225 Hi Paulette. Thank you again for your purchase from my closet. I see that it was delivered to you on March 14. I know that you are new to Poshmark and you may not know how completing a purchase works. If you are happy with the item and have no issues, you need to go to your purchases in Posh and accept the item so that I can get paid and the transaction is closed. You have three days from delivery to do this or Posh will automatically do it for you on the 4th day.

ladyjayne225 @paulettegardner No problem. When you pay for an item here on Poshmark, Posh holds the money until you go online to accept it. That way, Posh knows you actually received the item. Only after you accept the item does the money get released to me. If you did not receive it, or had a problem with the item quality, you would open a case and dispute the purchase. Poshmark still has your money at that point until the case is decided. So you can feel safe buying here! 😊
