But here’s my brownie recipe! 1/2 cup melted butter 1 tbs oil 1 cup sugar 2 egg Pinch of vanilla 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup cocoa powder Preheat oven to 350 Oil square baking pan Beat or vigorously whisk butter oil and sugar for a minute Add eggs and vanilla beating until lighter in colour (like another minute) Fold in flour and cocoa Don’t over mix Pour into pan and smooth out Bake until Center no longer jiggles (~18 mins) Cool + cut
