I believe i mixed up your shipping label, with another buyer’s TOM’s Booties. I’ve sent a message to PM, I’m waiting for their response. I’ve had lots of sales in the last several weeks and somehow put the wrong label in the wrong shoe. I’m so sorry. Lmk if you receive her Tom’s in the process of trying to fix it now!🤦♀️

I filed another claim, i will let you know as soon as i hear from PM. Again, i apologize. I had a 3 step process to ensure this wouldn’t happen. I think i need some process improvements!🤦♀️

@paupie6 I’m in communications w/PM currently. Your shoes are headed back to me. I think you will have to open a case stating you received the wrong item. That will generate a return label and i get to start all over🤦♀️. If PM would have responded immediately, when the TOm’s buyer filed a claim, everyone could have gotten their item faster. Instead they will refund you, and i will re-list.

@paupie6 Unfortunately, each pair were the “only” shoes I had. I sure messed this up. I’m so sorry, but file a PM order inquiry, they will send me a hateful note and I’ll accept my consequences. 😂😂😂

I just received the case and I commented that I’m more than happy to receive the items back which means they should generate a mailing label to me and they will refund you I’m so sorry. your sneakers are already on the way back to me when I get them I will relist and if you still want them certainly I will let you know when I’m listing them thank you again for all your patience.

@paupie6 Ok, it’s at the top of my closet. All you need to do is ❤️ “like “ it and i will drop the price 10%. ThEN you can check your email for a discounted shipping rate, good for only 6 hours. Again, once it goes for sale anyone can buy it so i’m trying to protect it for you, you were so patient.
