bbluxevault @monishae I was following your conversation (I hope you don't mind) and found it strange. Posh concierge is usually really on top of their game. It shouldn't take this long for your item to arrive. I'm questioning whether or not the seller shipped it promptly like she stated. You spent a lot of money on it, I don't think 3 weeks is justifiable. /:

monishae @bettymaaa hey is this about the white herve leger dress? I waited for about 3 weeks or more and asked for a refund. They refunded me. But yea I found it quite odd that I had to wait for that long, and the seller kept insisting she has shipped it. I didnt know what was going on, but obviously couldn't let my money be stuck like that for that long.

bbluxevault @monishae Yes, the white one! Poshmark updates the shipping through the app so it can be tracked but I've never heard of a shipment taking that long. After some of my pieces were sent to a HQ for authentication, the longest I ever had to wait between initial shipment and then Posh's shipment to me was around 10 business days. I'm sorry that happened to you and am glad you got your money back! It was a large amount, too so good call on getting it back. 😊
