hi pearl! I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I got a notification from posh this morning that "the delivery of your order is taking longer then expected for delivery" I just want you to know that this late delivery is soley on the USPS and has nothing to do with me and posh. I shipped your order the very next day after you purchased in the morning before the sun even came up so honestly it should have been long delivered by now.

you guys pay the USPS and arm and a leg for 1-3 day priority delivery and frankly you're not getting the service that you pay them for and that's wrong. I feel really bad about this but I just hope the top reaches you soon. it's really really cute! one of my favorites in my shop so I hope you really love it! ❤️ If I hear anythung else about your delivery I'll message you and keep you in the loop.

hi I'm sorry that u think ur item smelled like smoke.Truth is I haven't smoked since I was 16 & I'm 33 now.We don't smoke & don't allow guests to, furthermore our inventory is all kept in plasticBags inside airtight plasticBins @ offsite storage facility so even if we were smoking, the items could never b xposed. I'd appreciate it if u could update your rating to 5 stars & remove that comment. it's slanderous & smoke smell is impossible. There would be numerous Other complaints if it wer true..

there would be Numerous Several other complaints from our other customers if our items smelled like cigarettes & so far we have no other complaints of smoke i.really think u should reconsider updating your rating and removing that comment. its slanderous & it just simply isn't even possible. not in our home or @ our storage facility. not with airtight plastic. Not with our asthmatic son who is allergic to smoke smell. not in our home with 3 huge hepa filters running 24/7 for his asthma.

Hi @kelsylikesshoes, my intention was not malicious in any way. It definitely smelled strange coming out of the package but it’s nothing that a simple wash won’t solve. It’s possible that I misinterpreted the smell so I have removed the rating and comment altogether. I appreciate you reaching out. I hope you have a great rest of your week.
