I am disappointed that you feel i could improve in packaging.....item cleanliness & item description. I recycle poshmark packaging.......so i apologize if you expected a new box with a pre-owned purse. ...In addition, I accepted your offer...of much lower than my asking price; I also described the authentic pre-loved handbag to the best of my ability...... don't agree with your rating and I wanted to share my feedback so other 5 star sellers are aware..
