tranquility787 Please edit or remove your rating. You’re attempting to penalize me for something that was listed in the description. It clearly states that the watch required a new battery and in regards to the screw that was out of my control. The watch was sent in a timely manner as well as the review is close to a month late. Customer Service had to complete the transaction because of the lack of a rating.

I pride myself on providing outstanding customer service from the description to the delivery. I honestly felt that there wasn't anything else that I could've done to improve our transaction.
