@kimberllylee Hi, I am so sorry. Wasn’t home on Saturday when mail came and didn’t realize it needed a signature. Then we had a snowstorm on Sunday night. My sister is picking up the package for me today. I work in Manhattan so the post office is not open before I leave for work and closed by the time I get home. So sorry for the delay. I am excited to receive it!!!

@kimberllylee Hi, I got the necklace but the chain is in a knot and I can’t get it untangled right now so don’t know if it fits me. I may have to take it to a jeweler. I will keep trying to unknot it myself.

@kimberllylee I think this happened when they shipped it. I got most of it untangled but one more to go. Still can’t try it on. Will have to work on it again tomorrow with the needle. Will keep you posted.

@kimberllylee Hi, just wanted you to know I love the necklace but need to get that last knot out so I can try it on to make sure it fits. I will work on it tonight when I get home from work. @pegs57 I think you should take it to the store of Vancleef and arpels, let they do it, it's free service, please don't try it unknot hard, PM did mess up the necklace while they authenticated it.

@pegs57 I had that issue one time, and my husband used the needle to unknot it. It worked. But you have to patience to do it and do very carefully.

@kimberllylee Thanks for your note and advice. There is a store here in NYC. I will try it myself tonight and if it doesn’t work I will bring it up to the store tomorrow. Will keep you posted. PM should know that they should be more careful shipping delicate chains like that which can get knotted very easily. I wonder too if the person authenticating it made this happen and that’s why it took so long because they couldn’t get it unknotted.

@kimberllylee Hi! Believe it or not I got the last knot out on the first try with the needle. However, it is very tight and doesn’t lay right on my neck. I would like to call the store tomorrow to see if they can lengthen the chain for me and how much it would cost. Are you okay if we wait one more day for me to make a final decision?
