I am asking because I have run into a situation where I purchased a Coach bag that was listed as being in “excellent condition”, yet when I received it the fabric is/was faded (it was black) and the handles are/were cracked. I reached out to the seller first and then to Poshmark support. The seller commented that I had “seller’s remorse”
