Hi there, I believe you just purchased Kate Spade earrings from me. I received your rating and saw your comment. Unfortunately, I am unable to respond there so I am leaving you a message here.
I am deeply sorry that they arrived damaged. USPS must have handled them poorly and bent the post. I honestly did not think that something like that would happen. I have send earrings before without issue. I do not understand why this time was any different. I am very sorry.

@daisy2551 Again, I have never had this issue. I looked through Poshmark’s frequently asked questions and support center to see if there was any protocol for this type of issue. I could not find anything. I suggest you reach out to Poshmark and explain that the purchase was damaged by usps during shipment. Usps usually has insurance for packages but since the shipping label is created through Poshmark I don’t know about the insurance associated.

I believe involving Poshmark is the best next step. I doubt this is the first time something like this has happened. They will know what to do.

@shopmads - I have reached out to Poshmark and they have not gotten back with me. I would like to get this resolved. Where do we go from here? I even took them to my jeweler to see if they could fix them and they said they couldn’t put heat to them because they are costume jewelry. They would melt.

@daisy2551 @daisy2551 Peggy, I would reach out to them again by email or phone if they have a number posted. Every time I have emailed them, they have gotten back to me pretty quickly, so I would try again. There must be a way for you to say there was an issue through the sale. Have you looked at all the options there? There has to be a way to return, claim or do something with the item you purchased.

I do not know what else I can do. Even if I was to “refund” you your money I don’t know how I would do that. There isn’t an option for that on my end of Poshmark.
I am trying to be as helpful as I can. My only advise is to keep trying customer support.

I am going to find better ways to send items. It never occurred to me that I would need to worry about the earrings breaking!

I let them know I already sent them back to you. One of the main reasons I sent them to you was to let you see what had happened to them and also because I was leaving the country for vacation abs would not be able to do anything while I was away.

Hi there, I have a bit of bad news. The same day I was shipping out the purse you ordered I was also shipping a dress to another buyer, and unfortunately I must have accidentally switched the labels. The person who ordered that dress just received your purse 🤦🏼♀️

. I have only had this happen one other time in three years, what happens is that Poshmark will send each buyer a label to ship the items to each other. I know that is a hassle and again I’m truly sorry! I hope you get the item soon so that we can get this all cleared up, be on the lookout for an email from posh with the label.

@daisy2551 hello, I corresponded with the other buyer a couple days ago and she was having some issues getting the shipping label to send it back to you - I recommended she reach out to Poshmark support so hopefully it will be sorted out soon. I will check in with her again to get a status update.

@daisy2551 I’m so sorry - I reached out to posh to see how they could help because she had been non responsive to my last several messages. Then I got the notification that they canceled the sale and you were refunded. There’s still a chance that she might send it and you would get a free bag! I’m disappointed too, I feel terrible that this all happened 😢
