Before restitching it, I want to make sure that you even want shoulder pads. If you don't, I'll take them out (it won't damage the dress), and if you do, I'll restitch. Thanks!

drotis I think because periwinkle is one of my favorite colors I am very picky about it and the blouse was more gray than I expected. I was disappointed but I think your photographs were pretty accurate. my only suggestion would be that you match your words to the image. thank you so much Peggy
