pennycarr @linfaux I’m sorry that you are not happy with the dress. The dress was brand new so I’m not sure where the snags were. all sales are final on Poshmark., however, There is a process that you can submit to Poshmark if you are not happy and they will tell you how to get refunded.

verygrateful Hey Penny! I wanted to apologize...when I first started Poshing, I didn't realize how to negotiate and price drops etc. I didn't know how to bundle talk to chat and negotiate, etc. I'm sorry about the decline on the Harem pant. I wished I could have chatted with you and how that played out...seemed brash and that isn't who I am at all.
