@pen55 really a 3 star rating. I shipped promptly with a thank you card. I've communicated from start to finish you bought a used jacket from me which I also explained I could not wash due to moving. I am very disappointed that you rated me so poorly that is not deserving in my opinion you could try actually communicating with sellers in the future and be fair.
