The buyer of the pillow is a first time posher and I’ve tried to walk her through the process of opening a “received a wrong item” case. We’re waiting on her to open a case. I feel bad about this mix up, and I’m sorry it’s taking so long for you to get your bottoms. I take pride in fast shipping and great items- I apologize for this mistake!
