iqclothessavvy Hi Penni! Do you know how to read the Love Notes on each closet? Using a phone or tablet, there is a button at the very top just under their name that says About. Click on that, scroll down to Love Notes, click on the Blue See More words to see all their love notes as a seller and as a buyer. Hope that helps you Poshing experience!

iqclothessavvy A helpful tip: don’t lose your password! Share your closet at least daily so it stays current and active. We love to share active closets! (There is a date on every item showing the last time it was shared by the closet. When the date is few days old buyers think the closet is not active.) iqclothessavvy To see your stats or another closet stats... see the top of any closet, above the items for sale... #of listings, #of Shares, #of Followers, #of Following.. Click on the Word SHARES and all of that closet's shares will show. (not all because the computer memory can't hold that much but probably 500(?) show up. Same with Followers, etc. You ca see what you shared, what another shared, etc.

theposhpennie @stunning_29 Questions: can I change the order of items as they appear in my closet? Can I add text to the top of my closets page? For example if I want to let people know that all offers ate considered, or would I put it in as an item " not for sale"? Thanks for offering the help and responding.

stunning_29 @penniatwood hi:) sorry I just now saw your message, most certainly you can change your items around however you'd like :) ,all you do is hit share on each item & rearrange your closet, each time you do that it'll go to your followers (some will share automatically ), no biggie, & you can't keep up with all the shares, but if someone shares your items, you'll wanna try to do the same cont..

stunning_29 @penniatwood also Penny I'd suggest if you can, to make a listing, if you Google " Poshmark ads for all offers"", you can screen shot that & if it were me, I'd still make that as a listing in my closet, bc ppl sometimes don't read :) ,& no need to mark any items not for sale, unless ur holding it for someone, or goin on vacation etc, I hope that helps, & lmk with anything else :)

If not please let me know, my customer's satisfaction is my main priority, and if there's anything I can do to fix any issues I want to try to do that even if you're just disappointed (by no fault of my own) or the fit wasn't what you expected, whatever the case may be. I've never had anybody have to take me up on that offer.
