i did show photos of the damage. i showed the rubbed off fur and dirt. i priced them low for that reason it was a huge order and i didn’t have any other boxes to use. i didn’t have anything to pad the box with since they took up so much room so sorry that it was raining when the package arrived but i can’t control the weather. I didn’t know about your allergy and that was my fault i should have written about my cat. I did clean then before sent them out and they were not stored near the cats.
