My apologies for the outcome of our transaction as I am not responsible, but and being held responsible, for the construction failure of the garment that you purchased.
As I am aware that Victoria's Secret has chosen , on occasion, to use fabric glue rather than stitching around the bra cups, it is not my fault that they came apart. What you purchased was an authentic piece and I stand behind that fact.

But since I was conscientious enough to realize that there could be a potential for failure I also included a, Second, lace bra by Victoria's Secret that did have stitching, rather than glue, so that in the event that the first garment potentially could have failed, there was already an included replacement. And if there was no problems you would've had been the beneficiary of getting two bras for less than the price of one.

My ruination of my sterling reputation on Poshmark, Because of a product failure of a product I did not produce, is not worth a lousy $23 ($18.40 after posh's 20%).

I'm curious why in your scathing and disparaging comments you failed to mention the additional brought it was included? Or was it not worth a mention because that somehow didn't count? That it provided absolutely no additional value therefore not worth a mention?

Between the time I shipped your item out and now, I have been available to address any and all concerns regarding your purchase, I never got any feedback from you, because, for whatever reason, you have chosen to ignore these options. I've always prided myself on good service and you denied me that right by how you went about it.

At stake for me is my reputation of which I take very seriously. I am asking that you express your grievance so we can come to a resolution and I can have my reputation back. I had a perfect satisfaction score of all five star ratings until you made your purchase and I would like to maintain that. What you have done to me is not fair and is hurting my business.
