schmidtrnc Hi, I sold you the Silpada cubic zirconium ring that you were not satisfied with. I'm sorry it was damaged but that must have happened in transport. The ring was perfect (and round) when I sent it. USPS insures the packages; I would contact them.

gigi6658 It wasn't crushed in transit. The description states it had marks on the back. At a closer look...there are many little tapping marks. Were you the only owner of the ring?

schmidtrnc If you look at the posting there is no mention of any marks. I'm really not sure what you are referring to. I'm sorry you are disappointed in your purchase but the ring was in perfect condition when it was shipped.

gigi6658 I don't know how to post pictures but as soon as I figure it out..ill show you what I'm talking about. It is not in a perfect round shape. It has little indentations in the back of the band. Looks like a jeweler tried to hammer the bend out. Is there a possibility that you shipped the wrong ring?
