I'm certain the heel was cracked in shipping, which is a lesson too. So keep the item and the correct ones are on the way! 20bucknup @ceceliad04 well, today I was going to refund the order. I stored them with a pair of red patent leather heels and when I pulled them I noticed the red rubbed onto yours and it a spot on the side less than an inch, most rubbed off but there’s still a spot there. Uggg...so sorry. But the scuff did come off...go figure. And I had pulled a pair of wedges as a gift. So sorry.

My vintage clothing goes to a very big vintage shop in Wilimington NC where I check in from time to time and pick up a check when it’s a significant amount. I learned two days after your order that it had sold. For a significant amount. That’s how it happened. If you want the other items I will certainly give you a deal. But that is how it went.

willowbriley @20bucknup I should have researched your comments...I am another unsatisfied customer...bought jacket on 7/11/23 and had to cancel on 7/21/23...this after you being notified by Poshmark, my dm ing you 3x, you shadowing your account EVERY day... no excuse for this...if you are working with a shop, I would strongly suggest you inventory your stock because you are either being sloppy with inventory or your business partner is dishonest. a simple dm back is a must. Would NOT recommend this business
