mammaw23 @blackdressco Ohh my gosh yes there was a problem. I was hacked and lost almost 600.00. The bank froze the card and I had no idea until two days later. All fixed and new card is in place. I would love to still purchase the Birks if available. I’m so so sorry for the problems I caused.

blackdressco You can return the shoes. They were in excellent condition when I shipped them to you. I take video & mutiple photos before shipping. I’m not sure how they were damaged?
