trainlady19 Penny, I just saw your comments regarding the purse and I am so sorry. I had purchased that second hand and wore the strap as it was. I honestly had no idea. I would never sell anything like that and I would ask that you put a case in and ask for a refund and I will definitely not have a problem with that. you should never pay for something that isn't what it was supposed to be and I truly apologize.

trainlady19 @plmessinger70 absolutely, I feel so horrible. there is a section that says problems or iquiries. if you click on that you might be able to contact poshmark and let them know it was broken and I'm sure they'll contact me or open up a case if that's what they do
