pennysmart2018 @ruteunice I can give you instructions on how to send a private offer to a potential buyer - on a computer (not cell phone, I think there's one more step on a cell that I don't know yet), click on the name of the liker. Once on their closet page, click on the bundle icon next to the About section. It will have a purse or bundle icon. It will take you to a bundle page, where you click an arrow button in the top right area.

Choose their likes and the item(s) that they like from your closet will appear, click on Offer and choose an offer and send. You can also leave them a comment before or after you send the offer, but I don't see where you can do it at the same time.

pennysmart2018 @darlainok you may need to open a case with Poshmark, yell them you didn’t receive it. I’m not sure what they will do since it shows that it was delivered. Could a neighbor have gotten it by mistake? If you look in your email Poshmark sends notices when shipments are sent and provide a tracking number. Just not sure you’ve checked when shipments are coming your way.
