liag1 Hi Penny. I absolutely love your Chico’s white and green blouse as well as your closet. I just noticed you have it listed as a 3x. Chico’s sizes their clothes differently. A 3 in Chico’s is a 16/8 and a 2 is a 12/14. Google their size chart because it will help you sell your items to the correct people. I think you had a sweater listed as a 0x and that’s a size 2. Good luck. I own a consignment store so if you need any help let me know.

amybuck3 Hi! I recieved my Minnetonka slippers and they are awesome, like new condition, beautiful, just as described...and I went to try them on! Too small for me! I am a size 9 like those are, I've never purchased that brand, I would never have thought to look for and size 10! The search continues! cnevadasmith You have left me in a really bad position by not shipping my Turkish Ikat Duvet that I ordered from you. I had also ordered matching shams that are non-returnable and so am now left stuck with them (and out of pocket over $100) because you failed to ship items that you were continuing to market online. Your level of service is unacceptable and will be reported directly to Poshmark.

posherpenny @cnevadasmith I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. As I have mentioned all my items are in a storage unit and it’s just not feasible for me to retrieve anything at this time. When I reopen my store after the quarantine, if you are still interested, you are more than welcome to purchase the duvet. Again I am so sorry for the inconvenience. Please understand where I am coming from, as I am not happy with having zero sales either. Please stay safe.

cnevadasmith Penny, I am still interested in purchasing the duvet. As I said, I had ordered matching shams and now have nothing to use them with. When you decide to reopen, is there anyway we can do the sale at that time? I just don't want the item sold after I thought that I had already purchased it. At least you will be guaranteed the sale when you return to your normal operations.

kasoff2 Hi - I ordered a Blue Marlin zip up jacket a week or two ago, and the order was cancelled prior to delivery because I think the item was damaged? Can you clarify what the damage is? The poshmark pictures didn't suggest anything was going on, and I'm just trying to understand whether it genuinely has issues and what the extent of them are...thank you!
