thriftyqueenn your item was shipped on October 22nd the same day you purchased your item. on October 25th I contacted the USPS to see where your item was...The USPS said they were experiencing delays because of shortages of employees and that's the reason your package was delayed a few days. it's not my fault. I triple bubble wrap every item that I shipped and on top of that I include a gift to every customer. Even though it is not my fault that your package was delayed I apologize for any inconvenience.
