Hi I saw that you were interested in a cat basket that is being sold for $55. I purchased the same one on Amazon for $25.99. Hi! The mail carrier just picked up your order. I usually include a few extras & a thank you note, but the carrier arrived hours earlier than she does usually! So I quickly sealed it so I could get it sent today, I just wanted to let you know that typically I like to treat my customers better :)

Hi! I’m so sorry about your order, please contact Poshmark Support to request a refund. I’m not sure if Poshmark will approve a refund because you’ve already accepted & left feedback. I wish you had contacted me first. The item still had tags on & I would have no way to know that peeling off the tags would damage the item. Had I known that, of course I wouldn’t have sold them.

I contacted Poshmark & requested they process a refund. They still have the last say on it, but I like to only have happy customers. Here is the Poshmark response:
