alylehtman Hi Penny, I just saw your issue with the strings being cut on the airplant display. I shipped it in the exact state as pictured. Did you use a knife or scissors to cut through bubble wrap and accidently cut the strings? I wrapped each pot well but left string attached to wood and pots. That’s the only possibility that I can think of as to how strings got cut. I would never send something out and mislead anyone. That’s why my listings include so many pictures and so much detail.

pleonard13 @alylehtman no, each pot was individually wrapped and not attached to the top of the frame. I did not use a knife to cut the bubble wrap. I took care unwrapping it and thought to myself how much care you had taken to wrap it so well. I would not think that the movement while shipping would cut it either because you had wrapped it so well. They all look like a clean cut. I do have twine like the one on the planter and can try to get them all the same length.

alylehtman @pleonard13 I’m sorry that it happened. I’m at a complete loss as to how it happened but I’m glad that you might be able to rehang them because it is a cool piece of art. Please believe me when I say it was in the exact condition pictured when I shipped it.
