regine1946 I looked up sticky patent leather and it said try( windex) or vinager or Vaseline put it on leave on 30 to 45 minutes then wash off .If this doesn't work send me your address and refund your money. If you hadn't accepted it you could have asked for a refund for poshmark So sorry. Regine
