peppy11kc @sassmouth1313 hi! Not sure what exactly you mean but the process is simple enough. They either click “buy now” and you get a notification that an item sold and then you get directions on what to do to ship it OR the buyer send you an offer of lower price that you can either accept, counteroffer, or decline.
