oranges117 Welcome to Poshmark! I hope you have fun! I saw your question on the Pepsi Coach Wristlet, and I hope I can help answer it. Next to the heart symbol on a listing is the create a bundle button which looks like a shopping bag with a plus sign. You can add an item to your bundle by clicking it and then you can have a more private conversation with the seller. The symbol to the right of it is the share button.

oranges117 I’m not sure how to increase your offer, it might let you within the bundle or the seller might have to decline the original offer first. You could also just leave it in the comments and hopefully they’ll either decline the original and you can make a new offer or if you say the new offer in the comments they can send that as an offer and you’ll just have to accept it. oranges117 @perchfishing I’m glad you found a cancel button! The only way I’ve found to have a private conversation with a seller is through the add to bundle and then add comments. You can add and remove items but you have to add one item to start the bundle. It’s kinda different because on other selling sites you can ask directly. If I can help with anything else please just ask. take care 🧡

megohmiiite Hi- I am so sorry but I just received a notification that another buyer of mine received your item- I switched the labels on accident, I am so sorry for the hassle. If you open a case Poshmark will give you a label to return it and I would be happy to correct this. Again I am so sorry, I’ve been selling on here for years and have never done this- I am truly sorry!!

megohmiiite @perchfishing I can’t you have to do it through Poshmark. It says your order hasn’t been accepted by you yet even though it says it’s delivered . You have to acknowledge you received a package first.
