So when I was getting ready to ship your item I noticed that is the manufacturer sent the item was badly damaged when I took it out of the wrapper again. 99 percent of our items come from the factory and some times our inventory team misses defects. What I can offer you is if you cancel the order I can give you 70 percent off any other clothing item unfortunately I can not do that with shoes but with clothes I can in our store. I apologize for the inconvenience.
