Hey! I was just wondering about the rating because I posted pictures and all of the info about the spots in the bag and the exterior. And what was the issue with the packaging? Did anything get ruined in the mail?

@fashionluvrr93 oh sorry for the inconvenience, it's cause I didn't like how the bag was squished in the packaging, it completely ruined the bag and I wanted to return it.

@pheyie really sorry about that. I made sure that wouldn't happen before I shipped out. But that's happened to a few of my Birkins including that one. Stuffing it with paper will pop it back to normal.
