melanie_ambrose I bought the Skinceuticals Face Cream from you, trusting your description. It is old, yellow, runny, and smells rancid! it's disgusting and unusable. I hope your customers read this so they know what the quality of your items are! This is by far the worst treatment by a seller EVER! It is very disappointing to have been ripped off without a word from you to try to fix the situation.

persephoneslay @melanie_ambrose I did contact you on 7/16/23- If you were not happy with the product I suggested you reach out to poshmark to start a return. I want you to be satisfied. I was going to agree for a return and refund to you.

melanie_ambrose @persephoneslay I never received anything from Poshmark. I would definitely like a return and full refund. I assumed a good seller would do so, having possibly sent something out not knowing there was a problem with it. How do I go about getting the refund?

persephoneslay @melanie_ambrose please reach out to poshmark and they will open up a “case” about the product not meeting your expectations and they will ask me to approve the refund- I will gladly approve of this. Just search on poshmark about the steps involved. Please search your account also as I did reply to you on 7/16. I have no way to send you a screenshot of this conversation but poshmark will have access to it.
