mcquils Pete, can you answer a question about a pair of shorts asked on May 10th? What’s the material for the shorts, cotton, nylon and/or spandex? Percentage? I see the tag reads 32, but can you confirm the waist measurement? Is it an exact 32 or 16 inches flat? Thanks!
