Hi! I’m not able to sell you the Cole Haan Athletic shoes you placed an offer on. My husband never worn them, and my son saw the box and mentioned that dad never worn an 11.5. After looking at both shoes, one shoe was an 11.5 and the other was a 10.5. Someone must have switched. Evidently he didn’t notice when he tried them on.I doubt you would be interested now! Thanks for your offer 🙂

Hi Peter, Has your order been delivered yet? According to the tracking number the shipment is “in route to the next destination” although it does not list an updated delivery date yet. I’m not sure what USPS is doing to sabotage the shipping services but it’s my hope that you actually receive the shoes by Thursday. I apologize for the delay although it was 100% USPS negligence creating this issue.

@prkelly hi I just checked with the Usps tracking number again and it says the package is still on it’s way to your place. I don’t think there’s much we can do yet until USPS declares that a package was lost, but they haven’t done that yet. I believe after a couple more days we can submit a formal inquiry to USPS and they will have to give us an explanation. I apologize for the delay once again, it’s becoming worrisome that they may have actually misplaced it.

@prkelly Yes, I totally agree! You have been extremely understanding throughout this process and I pray that you’re rewarded for it in the form of some nice new shoes being delivered tomorrow. If not, I will file a formal complaint with USPS tomorrow
