josesalina @petemerola the address was fine however I live in a complex and they didn’t allow me to put in the apartment so I guess maybe that’s why they said incomplete address you can contact me 786-715-9909 I’ll text you the screenshots of what they said

petemerola @josesalina you would have had to provide an apartment # for your address if you live in an apartment complex. Why would they not allow you to put that? How else would you be able to receive the cleats?

josesalina @petemerola I provided the address that you saw however when I tried to include the apartment address it didn’t allow me too it said “invalid address” which was actually weird but I thought since they had my zip code , address and phone it’d be okay

josesalina @petemerola I called usps and scheduled a redelivering and this time it let me give the address with the apartment number I rescheduled the delivery for today but have had no update by any chance do you know how that’d work?

petemerola @josesalina well I checked the status of the package and it was rerouted back to Miami. Hopefully they do a package interception and update the label so that it just gets rerouted back to you and not back to me.

josesalina @petemerola just got an email from poshmark said the package was delivered to you and when they confirm you can re send it it’ll be sent and I emailed them the address but with the included apartment 201 building 586 because it doesn’t let me edit the address on my screen

petemerola @1mamaoffour purchase the size 11.5 from me, and then open a return for the size 12 and send the 11.5s back. That's probably the easiest solution. Thanks

1mamaoffour According to the return policy I am not able to return anything unless it is not as the seller describes. It says just because something doesn't fit it can't be returned.

1mamaoffour Ok, I am too. That is this is my first purchase so I didn't know until I tried to figure out how to return the item. Could I possibly order the 11.5 then return the 12 saying that the wrong size was shipped? That I received a size 12 instead of a size 11.5.

1mamaoffour Hello, I'm so sorry for the back and forth. Yesterday evening when I got home from work, I talked to my son again about the cleats. He decided to go ahead and keep the size 12, though they are a little big. He still has some growing to do. He said he didn't want us to have to go through a lot of trouble to get the 11.5 just in case they were too small. Thank you so much for your willingness to work with us. It is very much appreciated!

ashrood Hello, I just ordered a pair of Nike Hypervenom cleats from you! Shipping time just says 1-3 days from day shipped. Can you give me any idea of when you will be able to ship them? I only ask because my sons current cleats just ripped all the way down the sole and he is scheduled to leave for an important tournament this week, hoping they could be shipped asap to possibly get them before his bus leaves on 1/2/20. Is it possible for me to pay extra for overnight shipping? Thank you so much!
