Hi there, I just purchased a pair of boots from you by accident. My dog jumped on my lap/ my laptop while I was looking at your bundle that you offered me, I am so grateful, but I didn't intend to buy those boots as they are not the right size for me. I wear a size 6.5. Please advise if there is anyway you'd consider cancelling my order.

@qblue76 I haven’t shipped yet, but I have to reach out to poshmark on this one. Normally I could just cancel but I had to pay extra for a heavier weight label. I already messaged them will have to see what they say about the label, then I can handle the return.

@earthelement469 please do not send the boots back. I contacted poshmark customer service on the issue and they said the payment has cleared so you must contact them directly about a refund. there is a note in their system about it, please contact them and do not ship anything back

@new_shoe_4_u I wear an 11.5 I want the other shoe you have but it’s a 12 what I’m asking does it run bigger or not much of a difference in this model? I just purchased your other pair of it’s not much of a difference I will grab the other pair instead of searching else where and just get both pair from you and get them mailed at the same time

@bryonbolo also if you want 2 pairs thats going to go above the 5 lb package allowance so i cant go as low on the second pair of a bundle as i will have to pay additional for shipping.
