utmini83 Hi, thanks for rating ! So sorry to hear the package not secure but it wasn't by me, I packed well with tape. This was all handling shipping process happened by usps . But 1 star rating was really worse experience with you! Take care!

utmini83 The item isn't damage then that's very lucky and you should appreciate it! that's what the rating should be for is item still well and new! you welcome ! sometimes I received items came to my door box wasn't all closed either , but I never rating people 1 stars because of the packaging because I understand it's not their fault!
