petia11alex @staceykritskiy I actually went to the post office and asked if I can claim a package by the last name but they need a tracking number. That is why I contacted support because the number they gave me when I made the purchase is a an order number which doesn’t work.

staceykritskiy @petia11alex 😢 I wrapped it so cute too. It used to show me a tracking number up until it said delivered. I emailed them twice. So I got this for you from email. 9405510899359578048025 that’s usps, it is showing that the post office still has it :)
