petronelita @lindadonahoo Hi I don't remember which offer. Was it that long tie-dye dress? If it was that one it's good you made a mistake. I found a hole, I pinned the cleavage and I just noticed a pin left a hole. I have to fix the hole and then I will offer the dress for very cheap or for FREE with a purchase.

denimandgrey Hi, I see you filed a claim with me. Please be advised that you purchased this item knowing that it was damaged. You asked about other holes, I did not have the chance to answer, as you purchased the item before the response. It clearly says this is a sewing project. I would have been willing to work with you if you would have contacted me directly. But making a claim tarnishes my reputation as a fair seller! I literally made NO money off this sweater.

petronelita @alxalw1981fb I asked for return. If you don't want unhappy customers don't sell disgusting and damaged items. That cardigan is literally ready to be thrown into a trash can. It's so used that you can see through some parts, pilling all over, undisclosed damages. You disclosed only detaching ruffle which would be easy to repair and posted only one picture of a cardigan in the dark so nobody could see the poor condition.

petronelita @alxalw1981fb When I find even a tiny hole while inspecting an item before shipping I cancel the purchase because I don't want unhappy customers. And I would never sell anything in such poor condition like you do. So if someone wants to return the stuff you sell don't get mad.

denimandgrey Disgusting means unlaundered, this has holes in it. You did not give me a chance to respond before jumping on the sale. Sorry, you are not happy but it literally said: "sewing project". I disclose my items, most of them are NWT or in PERFECT condition.

denimandgrey This was sold at a thrift store cost because it is thrift store quality. Hence the 5-6 dollars! You obviously are not familiar with Lilly Pulitzer! I have paid far more than $6 for items in worse condition. But you know what, out of my kindness you can keep the sweater and do what you will with it. Be happy for your first Lilly, it was on me.

You already made comments on my return request so there was no need to make comments here. This says a lot about you. You not only sell damaged goods in a very bad condition but when someone requests return you start making not nice comments on people's profiles.

You didn't disclose it was in a very bad condition, it had a big hole, pilling all over, so used that you can see through some parts, colors faded.That's calling throw me in a trash can.
