amehenley I see that you were looking at the Chanel bag that was listed with the receipt. I’m not an expert at all on those bags… Do you think that it’s a fake?

petuniascloset_ @amehenley Hi I was curious because she initially had it listed as a vintage Chanel & included a photo of a Chanel receipt which said purchased in 2017 for over $5000. When someone is selling something for a fraction of the market price I have found it is usually a replica. Then she deleted the photo of the receipt and said it was a gift. Also I am familiar with Chanel bags & don’t remember seeing a bag that looked like that in 2017. I am not an expert authenticator, though.

petuniascloset_ @amehenley Also, she changed her listing from brand: Chanel to brand: bag. I would not purchase it. A $5,000 bag purchased in 2017 would still go for at least $3,000 to 4,000 on eBay etc. She is not being truthful about a few things.

amehenley @petuniascloset_ you’re not gonna believe this… I have no idea how… But I just received in the mail today that purse. So she must’ve really sent it. But it’s definitely a fake. How on earth I got that overnight I’ll never know. And she’s already refund me my money and cancel the order. So I contacted Poshmark to figure out what I’m to do from here
